Got a cold or flu?
I used to get 3+ week long cold. That is not an exaggeration. You know what got rid of them? No... I'm not talking about the garbage they sell at pharmacies that make you "feel" better. Here is what you do:
- Get a bottle of Vitamin C. (500 mg or 1000 mg)
- For adults: Take 4,000 mg every 30 minutes. Yes... I mean FOUR THOUSAND mg each 1/2 hour.
- For the flu: Combine Vitamin C + Vitamin D3 (40,000 i.u. the first day, 10,000 i.u. each day after that.) This is the brand that I use.
Here are articles with citations and research results if you still don't believe me:

I dare anyone to try this (when they are sick) and tell me it does not work.
Please Note: Once you get better, lower the Vitamin C dose to 1,000 mg, 3 times a day. When you are sick, your body needs more nutrients. That is why your body needs so much Vitamin C when it is sick.
